About Construction Bids

With more than 25 years of experience, we are able to provide extremely accurate bids and competitive pricing. As a courtesy to our customers, we offer three payment options. Cost plus fee essentially means that you pay the cost to build plus any contractor fees. This model often allows customers to pay less in the long run, compared to a lump sum.

Customers can choose from the following options:

• One lump sum price
• Cost plus fee price
• Cost plus fee price with a guaranteed maximum
