“Simply the best!”
“After two previous projects with Post & Beam, when it came time to remodel our two bathrooms, the choice of who would tackle our next project was easy; Post & Beam. Bill Fannin and his Team have now exceeded our expectations on our third project as well. My wife Kimberly has called our original bathrooms ‘Early Tenement’ since we bought our house 18 years ago. Raising three kids, and the college bills kept this project on the back burner until now. When we finally decided the time was right, our expectations were high. We needed to totally gut our 1956 (yes original tile and fixtures) 1st floor master bathroom, and the 1970’s second floor bathroom, down to the studs.
The transformation is amazing. We had some ideas on what we wanted, but Bill provided advice based on his vast experience, and we accepted many of these suggestions and were glad we did. We always felt that Bill always considered our vision, and his input enhanced the results. I was most impressed with how the challenges of a remodel, as compared to new construction, were addressed. You never know what will be exposed during demolition, and the challenges that creates for the re-construction. I always felt that Bill addressed these problems as he would if he was remodeling his own house. With his experience, he has probably encountered every problem imaginable, and I was very confident that he had a solution that worked both structurally, and aesthetically.
What sets Bill and his Post & Beam Team; Ace, Denny, Steve, Karen, and Beth, apart, is their attention to the customer during the construction process. Let’s face it, living in a house during a remodel can be stressful. Communication during this process was excellent; It is important to know when to expect people, and what was scheduled to be worked on as the job progressed. I trust the Team at Post & Beam because they do everything possible to complete the job efficiently. In the end, they gave us 2 bathrooms better than we could have imagined. We are already planning our next project with Post & Beam.”
