William Fannin “Bill” – Owner

Bill started Post and Beam 27 years ago as a small construction company. He had visions from the beginning to make people’s dreams a reality. In 2004, he decided to take on a new perspective; to no longer be just a construction company but to specialize in design/build. Since then he has grown the company into a very reputable Design/Build Firm.

You can find Bill in the office helping with estimates, consulting clients, and even on the job helping the carpenters. Bill is a Certified Graduate Remodeler and Certified Green Professional.

Beth Fannin – Human Resources

Beth is a vital team member to Post and Beam team of house remodeling contractor. Before joining her husband in the office in 2001, she was a software trainer for many years. Currently, Beth handles all the accounts receivables and human resources for the company.

Steve Price – In-house Designer

Steve joined Post and Beam over 10 years ago. Prior to joining us he owned his own business for 25 years doing architectural rendering. Steve specializes in enhancing your vision of your dream home. He is also a Certified Green Professional and Certified in Building Design.

Carson Kramer – Field Manager and Lead Carpenter, with 10+ years in the Remodeling Industry

Carson is a highly experienced Lead Carpenter with over a decade of seasoned expertise. Carson stands out for his unparalleled craftsmanship, courteous demeanor, and creative insight.
